Order & Shipping:
Delivery: Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days.
Inspection Policy: You are encouraged to inspect the item while the courier is present.
Return at the Door: If the item does not suit you, you must return it to the courier immediately and pay only the shipping fees.
Important: Once the courier leaves, no returns (refunds) are accepted. Only exchanges for size are allowed under specific conditions.
1.Return Policy (Refunds)
Timing: Returns are only accepted upon delivery before the courier leaves.
Procedure: If you choose not to keep the item, please hand it back to the courier on the spot. You will only be charged the shipping fee.
After Delivery: We strictly do not accept returns for a refund once the courier has departed.
2.Defects & Damages
Immediate Reporting: In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, it must be reported immediately upon receipt.
Proof Required: You must submit a clear photograph of the defect as proof to process any resolution.
Note: Claims regarding defects made after the item has been used or without photographic proof will not be accepted.
3. Exchange Policy (Size) Exchange requests for a different size are accepted within 48 hours of receipt if:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
The customer covers the shipping fees (both ways) for the exchange.
Note: Sale items are final sale.
4.Refunds
At the Door: No refund process is needed; you simply pay the shipping fee.
Approved Defects: Refunds for verified defects are processed via Vodafone Cash, Instapay, or Bank Transfer.
